Ballarat National Theatre (BNT) is a Community based Theatre Company which was founded in 1938, since when it has been producing live performances 'By and for the local community'.
BNT's performance home since 1978 has been the Courthouse Theatre of the SMB Campus of the University of Ballarat.
Once a year BNT also co-presents (with the Royal South Street Society) the Her Majesty's Theatre One- Act Play Festival.
